I’ve been working as a full-time community navigator. A significant part of my job involves interacting with families and kids to create fun activities and events. In my experience, I engage children in activities they enjoy the most and provide them with ideas to explore. I go out of my way to find the best activities to keep them occupied, such as learning a new language (I’m multilingual and speak French and Arabic), writing, drawing, or painting. The activities can vary depending on the child’s interests and passions. Some children love reading sessions, while others prefer singing, coloring, and drawing with music on, or simply playing board games like puzzles and interactive Lego construction games! Exploring the outdoors is also a fun activity to do if interested! I can help with homework and tutoring in various subjects, including English, Math, STEM subjects, and many others.
