Hi, I’m originally from New York but I’ve lived in the Seattle area for over 24 years. I have a background in early childhood education and have worked previously as a preschool teacher with children ages 2.5-7 years old. I’m passionate about many different educational philosophies and taught primarily in a Montessori inspired classroom. I have a love of reading especially children’s literature and I have experience working in a library specifically in the children’s section. In addition to my teaching experiences I’ve also worked for many years at Little Bit Therapeutic Riding Center in Duvall, WA as a volunteer in lessons with children. I recently spent a year in New York where I set up a classroom for my nieces (3,5,) and nephew (7) who were learning from home. I’m excited to work with children again.
