Hi! I’m a therapist who works with tween/teen girls and I recently moved to Portland. I love spending time with girls ages 6–18 and am available for after-school or before school rides, homework structure support, and evening help. My speciality is mentoring and supporting girls in their emotional development, friendship world, regulation, and self confidence! Before becoming a therapist, I nannied for many families and have a lot of experience working with children and teenagers, supporting families and am still in touch with many of them!
