Hi, moms and dads! I'm Suverce. I’ve been working with children for over 10 years as an au pair, a nanny, a tutor, and an occasional sitter, and I genuinely love what I do. I was an aupair for two years. I used us take care of 2 lovely kids. Luca is 3 yo, and Milly is 11 mo. I like having my time with kids. I`m energetic, creative, fun, and at the same time, a responsible and kind person. I have an easy connection with kids that they like spending their time with me! I would like to tell you about my one day as an Aupair: I take kids in the morning and help them eat their breakfast. I prepare their food, and I feed Milly. I help Luca to get changed. I drive to his school. After I leave Luca at his school, I take Milly to the Gymboree. After a couple of hours, I drive back to Luca`s school to pick him up. I read them books, and we do art projects with Luca. I help him use the potty. We play together, and if the weather is good, we go outside to take a walk. We also go to the zoo, playground, museums.. I help Milly eat her food, cook baby food for her, sing to her, and read books all the time. I change her diaper and do her routines every day. We sometimes go grocery shopping together. Luca loves it! In my second year as an au pair, I took care of Madeleine who is 6yo. We had so much fun.I love to go to the Oakland zoo, Lawrence science museum, Chabot space museum, SF pier 39, some playgrounds, especially SF Dolores park and Piedmont dracena park which are suitable for climbing and riding a bike. Emerville pump it up, Oakland sharks ice skating and Alameda ceramic painting place are good opportunity for rainy days. Before I was an au pair, I worked in the kindergarten as a volunteer for almost a year. I played with them and did lots of art-crafts. I helped them eat their lunches and brush their teeth. I taught them colors, numbers, arts and crafts, etc. (About me: I graduated with a degree in chemical engineering and completed a master's in engineering management at CSU East Bay. I am currently employed as a project manager for a construction contractor.)
Greetings Everyone! My name is Genèvieve, I am a Rāja and Jivamukti Yoga Instructor, an Activist/Advocate Leader (policy/law), in human trafficking and Founder of a Women’s Outdoor Organization. I am hard-working, honest, dependable, accountable, educated, punctual, intelligent, mellow, fun, great communicator, thoughtful, can take initiative and have a pitch in attitude, loves outdoors, can be firm yet kind, likes to cook, love animals and do live a pretty healthy and active lifestyle. I maintain a positive outlook in life. I am a person who believes that everything in life matters. One of my greatest qualities is my connection with children. Children are little philosophers, they are bright, resilient and intelligent little people, they watch us closely and sense us on an energetic level. My focus in supporting their development is through activating their neurological brain chemistry and sensory mechanics. When we understand the function of these models, children can evolve through conscious evolution. It is enriching to teach important life skill practices to children. In addition, my connection with children come in a form of lovingness, friendliness, playfulness, creativity, and ensuring that I provide a safe environment where they can blossom, find their authentic self to freely express who they are and most importantly, that they trust me. With this wealth at hand, a healthy relationship is born. Personal Interests & Hobbies Zazen, yoga, nutrition, sauntering trails, camping, paddle boarding, swimming, cooking, photography, road trips, documentary, dance, reading and love dogs and all animals! Non-violent communication, conflict resolution in communities. Offering outdoor yoga women’s retreats. Educating myself in all my interest, most specially in writing a series of children’s book regarding neurological brain chemistry. With hope of publishing in the future. Certifications: CPR/First Aid/AED Certified. Clean driving record. Certified Yoga, Swimming and Rock Climbing Instructor. Covid, Tdap and Flue vaccinated. If you feel a connection, I would love to hear from you. Genèvieve T. Aka Ms. G Connection, Communication & Consistency.
I have 20+ years experience working with newborns to teens. I’ve spent over a decade as a professional nanny/sitter in San Francisco Bay Area. I usually work with newborns/ infants/ toddlers, so I'm fully vaccinated with documentation. Received a certificate of completion as a newborn care specialist from Newborn Care Training Academy. My earliest childcare experience comes from growing up in a big family. I have 6 siblings and they have 10 kids who I've helped raise. In previous jobs, my duties included dog-walking, driving, light housekeeping/cooking, kid's laundry, sleep training, potty-training, baby-led weaning, baby massage, baby sign language, using cloth diapers, working in a nanny share, caring for twins/multiples, and physical therapy (epilepsy). I was a teacher's aide for preschool, kindergarten, and 1st grade. I've tutored K-12 students in reading and writing comprehension, basic class assignments and computer literacy. I’ve taught melodic percussion and play the ukulele. I can handle multiple children because I worked as a Kid's Club Attendant at 24-Hour Fitness --- busy with arts & crafts, jungle gym, song and dance parties. I drive to work from Berkeley Hills. Please let me know if there's any parking restrictions where you live (street cleaning/other parking rules). ________ VACCINATIONS Flu: 1/8/2026 Covid-19: 9/28/2025 HepB: 11/23/2016 Tdap: 11/22/2016 ________ - Adult/Pediatric CPR/First Aid/AED certified 5/3/25 - Member of International Nanny Association - CA Trustline Certified ________ POLICIES I expect to be paid the same whether the child is asleep/awake with the exception of overnight/travel jobs. Let's discuss expectations and negotiate. EARLY/LATE RETURNS: This work is my main source of income. Because I plan my time and budget around the hours booked, I ask to be paid for the entire booking even if you come home early. I'm usually flexible on the end time of a booking, but text/call if you'll be late, especially if we have not discussed flexibility beforehand. I occasionally book jobs back-to-back with just enough time for travel in between, and your late return can have an unfortunate impact on my schedule. CANCELLATIONS: For cancellations with less than 48 hours notice, I expect 50% of the original booking amount.
“our daughter loves Kresta! we're definitely asking her to return next time we need a sitter. she was on time and knew exactly how to make our baby feel comfortable from the moment she arrived ”
Hi there! I’m Naweera, and I have several years of childcare experience caring for children ranging from 9-month-old infants to children over 10 years old. I genuinely enjoy creating a safe, calm, and engaging environment for kids. I’m patient, reliable, and warm, and I bring a thoughtful, structured approach to childcare. I also have experience as a tutor, so I’m happy to help with homework across subjects like math (algebra, geometry, trig), English, and the Arts. I’m comfortable with meal prep, bedtime routines, and light cleanup, and I’m also great with pets. I like to keep kids engaged through activities, games, and conversation rather than just screen time. I especially enjoy spending time with children outdoors and fostering curiosity through activities that engage their minds and senses, such as reading, nature walks, creative play, arts and crafts, and other hands-on experiences. Happy to provide references upon request. I can't wait to meet your family!
“Naweera is great! Very kind, accommodating & personable with our babies. ”
Hi families! I’m a Duke University & HBS graduate with 15+ years of experience caring for children from newborns through elementary age in both caregiving and educational settings (tutoring in Montessori school settings). I believe every child is unique, with their own temperament, routines, interests, and ways of communicating. My approach is to meet each child where they are, pay close attention to what helps them feel secure and engaged, and adapt my care to support their individual needs and development 🌱 I’m CPR and First Aid certified, fully vaccinated, and highly attentive to health and safety. I also have experience caring for infants and toddlers with severe allergies, including following EpiPen and emergency-response protocols. I offer occasional family support in San Francisco alongside my full-time career. I genuinely love partnering with families and supporting kids as they learn and grow through each stage of their development! 🤍 * Mission-based * Not available for full-time care
