Hello, It is very nice to find you here. I began my childcare, elder care, and pet care services as a teenager, and I am now in my mid 50s. I love caring for others and making them feel supported. I have worked with children from infants through high school. As a teen, I was the neighborhood babysitter :-). After I finished college, I became a substitute teacher for grades K-12 and subsequently an elementary school teacher of 2nd grade. Kids are great little people! During my high school years, I was the neighborhood pet sitter. Currently I am able to go to the pet's home to make sure they are taken for walks and fed along with other needs. Dogs, cats, pet rabbits, and other furry creatures are little bundles of love. :-) My elder care experience began with my grandmother who developed Alzheimer's nearly 10 years ago. I took care of her daily living needs, cooking, errands, and social events. I have since had a number of elder care clients who need support in their living space. I love working with animals and have years if experience caring for everything from a horse to a rabbit. I have a horse and have lived with a cat, rabbit and many dogs in the past.

Hello! My name is Reece, and I am available for babysitting, childcare, transportation, and summer nanny positions before I leave for Southern Methodist University (SMU) this fall. I recently graduated from Cathedral Catholic High School with a 4.2 GPA and have spent much of my high school career working with children of all ages in leadership, mentoring, camp, and volunteer roles. I am CPR, First Aid, and Lifeguard certified, and safety is always my top priority. Last summer, I served as a Junior Counselor at Gold Arrow Camp, where I completed leadership training, supervised children ages 7–8, led activities, managed conflicts, and ensured campers felt safe, included, and engaged. I have also worked as a counselor at Helen Woodward Critter Camp and volunteered extensively through the Miracle League of San Diego, helping children and adults with special needs participate in sports and recreational activities. In addition, I have served as a mentor through Cathedral Catholic’s Options Program, assisting students with physical and developmental disabilities both academically and socially. These experiences have taught me patience, responsibility, adaptability, and how to connect with children of different ages and personalities. Outside of childcare, I have been a varsity dance team captain, competitive dancer, and active community volunteer. I love staying active and enjoy playing games, doing crafts, swimming, spending time outdoors, and helping kids have fun while staying safe and engaged. I have reliable transportation and drive a safe Audi Q5, making me available for camp drop-offs, activity transportation, errands, and other family needs. I began babysitting in high school for a 10 month old and a 6 year old which laid a strong foundation for childcare. In college, I babysat for several school aged children and most recently worked as a chauffeur for two middle school boys, handling school drop-off and pick-up. I also help care for my nephew & younger cousins who are 6-9 years old. I have over 10 years of experience house sitting and dog sitting, which I currently do most often. Additionally, I assist an elderly woman with dementia by transporting her from her memory care home to medical appointments.
