Hello, my name is Sienna and I’m 19 years old. I was raised on the Central Coast and graduated from Righetti High School. I am currently in my second year at Allan Hancock College, where I am continuing to pursue my education. My job experience includes two years at In-N-Out, where I developed strong teamwork and communication, as well as seasonal work as a Park Ranger with Santa Barbara County, which strengthened my sense of responsibility and community engagement. Coming from a large family, I have also gained valuable experience in caregiving and leadership by looking after my younger brother and many of my cousins.

HI there, For my childcare experience, I was lead preschool teacher at the Montecito YMCA in 2021 for that year. My classroom had around 10-13 children ages 3-4 year olds, and in the afternoon I helped manage the entire school around 34 children :) I had been assisted teacher there in 2018 for about 6 months, before moving onto marketing. Covid layoffs, and then went back to teaching in 2021. I continue to babysit occasionally for esteemed families in Santa Barbara now. I have been a member of Urbansitter since I was going to school at the University of San Francisco and worked for many families there. For the last four years 2[removed], I was working with a Forbes Travel Guide and Virtuoso agency in the marketing dept. My position combined the technical and creative skills of marketing and design with front-of-house representation at trade shows and other industry events. I managed complex b2b and b2c accounts for top clients like Saks Fifth Avenue, Regent Seven Sea Cruises, Carnival Corp & many more. My writing and graphic design has been published in Santa Barbara Magazine, Montecito Journal and beyond. My success thus far stems from my natural ability for language and connection. I also specialize in marketing for mission driven companies and I am passionate about giving back to the community to which I was born. I serve on the Board of Directors for Friendship Center in Montecito, California - an adult day service, the only privately funded model like it in the country! My work with them includes elevating their messaging, branding, keynote speaking, curating luxury travel auction items, and networking at chamber of commerce events and beyond.
