I am Gisela a current nursing Student and a licensed CNA - (certified nursing assistant), I am CPR certified kids, and adults and have a basic life support certificate by the American heart association. (Able to provide certification if needed) I love to play sports, do anything arts related, and be around nature. I have two younger twin siblings ages 17 (a boy and a girl) who were born premature. This has allowed me to have hands on experience with kids of ages 17 and down. I have also babysat infants of 11 months or younger and have years of experience with working with ages from 1.5 years old to 3. Changing diapers, and feeding is not a problem for me. I speak both Spanish and English and can help children with their homework. I have been taking covid precautions and am fully vaccinated and boosted. (Can show proof).

Hi parents! A little about me: I'm an independent visual artist, musician, and dancer, and I like to write, read, study languages, spend time with animals, and travel. I graduated with a BA from University of San Francisco in 2014, as a Media Studies major with Spanish and Gender Studies minors. I am vaccinated for COVID-19 and promptly receive booster vaccinations. I have tons of experience with kids! I have used UrbanSitter since 2012, and have had the opportunity to work with kids of all ages - particularly infants as young as 3 months, toddlers, and 3-to-5-year olds. I’m great with older kids as well - in the past I have also coached cheerleading to ages 6-14, worked as a lifeguard and swimming instructor for children aged 6 months to 13 years, tutored middle school-aged kids in a variety of subjects, and worked in a candy store swarming with little ones. So I am comfortable and confident in babysitting for all ages! I am also CPR, First Aid, and Lifeguard certified. I am well-versed in composting/recycling and other environmental concerns, and am happy to teach children about eco-friendly practices. And most importantly - I love being around kids (and animals)! My favorite activities to do with kids are that of the artistic and adventurous variety...I am happy to spend an afternoon watercolor painting, exploring a new park, making crafts, baking vegan cookies, or navigating a museum. Vaccination Requirement: - All families must be vaccinated in order to book with me. This requirement will be confirmed before accepting any job. 2. Illness Policy: - I am unable to care for sick children or attend bookings if anyone in the household is feeling unwell. Please inform me in advance if someone is not feeling well. 3. Interview Method: - For interviews, I am available via phone, FaceTime, or Zoom/Google Meet only. 4. Minimum Booking Duration: - To account for travel time and fuel costs, I have a minimum booking duration of 3 hours (except for interviews). 5. Cancellation Policy: - If you need to cancel a booking within 24 hours or less, 50% of the booking fee will be charged. For cancellations within 12 hours or less, the full fee will be charged (not COVID-related). 6. Payment: - Payment is due after each booking and can be made through Venmo, PayPal, UrbanSitter, or cash. 7. References: - References will not be provided for occasional or one-time jobs.
