Currently, I’m a Behavioral Aide in multiple school districts, mainly focusing on priority jobs from preschool to high school. I specialize with children that have an IEP and/or BIP. I do follow a positive discipline model as that’s important to me. If you have an infant, I know how hard it is to trust someone you don’t know. I’m 100% open to being on camera. I’m background checked, finger printed, clean driving record, all vaccines are current. Myself, I have two amazing daughters 9 and 14. I’ve been fortunate to be a stay at home Mom until they’ve no longer needed me (sigh, lol). I’m open to all jobs, even the last minute sick calls when you have to work. I followed what parents would prefer me to do and that included walking, aiding, teaching simple lessons, role playing, etc. Before that experience, I also took a class in high school to work with the teachers and took care of kids at the daycare there. But one of the easiest experience I had with kids was when I took care of my youngest sister in order for my parents to work long hours. I felt like I have learn my fair share of what to do and what not to do when taking care of a kid. Even though it can get tough sometimes, it is also very rewarding to see them happy, safe and heard. I love seeing kids being taken care of physically and emotionally so they can grow properly. That means to have proper time to nap, eat, rest, study and play. Because the early years are so important for children to grow and start forming memories I would personally want someone who could see the importance of such when I have a kid in the future.
