ROTA Nanny | Private Household Specialist | 10+ Years Experience as a nanny Hi! I’m Bianca — I am a professional ROTA nanny with over 12 years of experience caring for children of all ages in private households. I specialize in rotational (ROTA) nanny positions and have extensive experience working in fully staffed homes, travel roles, and long-term private family placements. I bring a calm, nurturing, and reliable presence into every home, supporting children from newborn through school age. I am CPR & First Aid certified and have completed Newborn Care Specialist training. I love creating engaging, playful, and developmentally rich days — including story time, sensory play, outdoor activities, creative projects, and hands-on learning experiences. Families describe me as intuitive, patient, and easy to communicate with. I value strong teamwork with parents and helping create stable, peaceful routines where children feel safe, seen, and supported. At the moment I am not seeking part-time or traditional weekday roles. I’d love to connect with families looking for experienced ROTA nanny support.

“Looking forward to working with Bianca again! ”

Hello families! I’m Maria Paula (or Mapy for short), a warm, responsible, and creative caregiver with over 10 years of experience working with kids of all ages—from infants to elementary schoolers. I’m 34 and recently returned to the Bay Area after completing my Master’s in Urban Studies in Europe. While I explore full-time opportunities in my field, I’d love to help local families with part-time or occasional babysitting. My childcare journey started in Colombia, then brought me to the U.S. as an au pair for two years in California. Since then, I’ve spent over a decade caring for little ones, with a special focus on infants, toddlers, and early graders. Whether it’s outdoor adventures (parks, hikes, museums), crafting sessions, or cozy storytimes, I love blending fun with learning. Bonus: I’m a pro at handling multiples and thrive on keeping kids engaged! When I’m not babysitting, you’ll find me reading, experimenting with new recipes, or exploring Bay Area trails—usually with a coffee in hand. I am also an animal lover!

“Maria Paula is very friendly, professional and easy to work with! She takes good care of my 2.5 month old baby. :) I will definitely work with her again!”

I’m a credentialed middle school science teacher taking a year off in San Francisco with 4+ years of classroom experience. I’m calm, reliable, and enjoy creating a safe, engaging environment for kids of all ages. I’ve also spent a lot of time caring for my young nephews and supporting family members through end-of-life care, which has deepened my patience and attentiveness. I am a safe driver and am happy to help with school pickup, homework, and at home or outdoor activities.

“Asia has been a wonderful family member and occasional caregiver to my elementary age oldest kid. She also can take on the two younger ones, who are twins of preschool age. She was so sweet and helpful with them when they were infants and is great with kids at the toddler age as well. Asia is organized and good at rolling with kids’ curiosity and playfulness. She is also a thorough communicator and a great partner in babysitting. If you ask her to pay attention to a certain thing or leave you some information about how the day went, she will go above and beyond. She is great at checking her messages and staying in touch, as well. Highly recommend. Five stars. 😉”

Hello parents, I'm Carol and I'm 28 years old. I've been a nanny over 3 years here in the Bay Area with mostly experience with infants and toddlers. Depending on the kid's age I enjoy doing different activities indoors like reading books, doing arts and crafts, painting, etc and outdoors (always following the COVID guidelines). Exploring nature help kids to be away from electronics and let them discover new skills in them selves. I see myself as a punctual, patient, reliable and easygoing person, who is a good listener and follows parent's guidelines.

“We love having Carol watch our son (toddler). When we tell him in the morning that Carol is coming that evening he asks us through the day if she's here yet... and when we say no, he goes "Aww, man" (and squeals in delight when she arrives!). Carol is EXTREMELY attentive to Tristan, very sweet and caring with him. She gets down on his level, asks him questions about what he wants to do and makes sure he has a fun time. She does a "yes, and" when playing with him, and plays how he wants to play (of course keeping him safe). He loves it! And keeps the TV off, which is great. And her positive, infectious energy has us all smiling and laughing. As parents, we appreciate that she is responsible, communicates well, punctual, gets him fed, gets him to bed on time, and even does bath time when needed! We really look forward to being able to go out for dinner while having complete peace of mind. In short, we would highly recommend Carol to any friends of ours who are looking for a babysitter!”

I’m Gabi and am currently an Associate Teacher for a 2nd grade class. Previously, I worked younger grades as well. I am CPR and First Aid certified. Additionally, I have experience babysitting kids as young as infants and toddlers to older children. I would love to connect with families. I understand that trust is a major factor and key role so I take my position very seriously. I love having silly and goofy moments with kids playing but also love to instill in them responsibility and good decision making. I would love to connect with you and can provide a reference if needed. I have always had a love for helping children from a young age. As a teacher, I have loved getting to know my students and creating bonds with them. I'm looking forward to connecting with families in which I can add my bright energy, eagerness to learn, compassion, and empathy.
