I have 30 years old and over 5 years of experience with kids all ages, I have care from 4 months old until 13 years old. I can offer some references from my previous positions as nanny. I am looking for a nanny position or a House manager as well. My rate per Kid depends on what will be required to do. It starts at $25 per hour and for Nanny share $32 per hour, payment in Cash preferably. I am looking for long term at least 1 year, 40 hours guaranteed per week, vacations, sick days, holidays as well. Right now I am available from 7am-4pm or 4:30pm from Monday through Friday. I live in Westminster and would love to find a Job close to this area, but I am open to commute for a 30 min drive. I have a reliable car I can use to drive the kids, I have taken kids to libraries, museums, playdates, to the park. I can speak either English or Spanish and I am comfortable with either. Hi, my name is Megan! I graduated from CU Denver in 2021 and I love playing with kids! I have always loved spending time with kids of all ages and happily began babysitting at a young age. I also spent many hours volunteering with children at my church. Since those early years, I have been the occasional babysitter, the long-term nanny, and worked in childcare at a business. I'm looking to find a new nanny position as the children I have been caring for most recently are aging out of needing my help. I am very child-led when it comes to play and exploration, giving little ones a chance to control a bit of their world and dictate the things that interest them the most. But I also do my best to set a structure and routine to the day, with expectations for what will be occurring at different times, to give the children a sense of stability. One of my favorite things to do with kids is play pretend. I love helping them learn about their world and help them explore and use their imaginations. I can help with some small chores like fixing meals for kids, dishes, and some laundry but I prefer to mainly do childcare. I'm very comfortable with pets but I am mildly allergic to fur.

I have Master's degree in young child education with a Montessori focus, I am certified to work with children 0 to 6 years old and I am most comfortable to work with children newborn to 6 years old, but I have experience with children up to 10 years old. I am an AMI trained Montessori guide and have greatly enjoyed my time with children in the classroom. I went back to school during the pandemic and became a speech therapist. I now specialize in early intervention services. I have worked with children ages 12 mo to 6 years old in a school setting over the last ten years but am now focusing on home care because of COVID risks in schools.
