Hi there! My name is Liziris, and I’m 19 years old. I have about 2–3 years of childcare experience, both personally and professionally. I currently work at a daycare, and I’m also a proud mom to a beautiful 4-month-old baby girl. Caring for children is something I truly love. I enjoy playing, teaching, and helping little ones learn and grow while making sure they feel safe, happy, and cared for. I’m comfortable with all aspects of childcare — from feeding, bathing, and diaper changes to planning fun and educational activities. I’m also comfortable around pets (dogs and cats, just no aggressive animals) and can help with feeding and light care. In addition, I don’t mind pitching in with simple household tasks like washing dishes, sweeping, or tidying up. I’m comfortable caring for up to 3–4 children at a time, or up to 3 children if pets are included. I have 8+ years of experience in childcare and teaching ballet. I grew up in a large family and have had many childcare and teaching jobs over the past years. Working with children is something I enjoy doing on a weekly basis, as I'm a ballet instructor for a couple studios in the area! I like teaching children concepts and watching them grow in their understanding of them. I've done coursework in Early Childhood Development and would be happy to tutor and assist with online learning. I am bilingual and speak both French and English, which has helped me connect easily with children and families from diverse backgrounds. I grew up in a large family, where I regularly cared for my younger siblings and cousins. This experience taught me patience, responsibility, and the importance of creating a safe, loving, and supportive environment for children. In addition, I worked at an elementary school for four months as part of a Lighthouse Program, where I supported and supervised children in a structured school setting. This experience strengthened my ability to work with kids in both educational and recreational environments. I am comfortable with cooking, cleaning, and assisting with household tasks.
