Hello, my name is Linda. I am a mature, experienced, reliable, responsible, punctual, caring, nurturing, honest, trustworthy, proactive, and educated bilingual professional Nanny/Babysitter/mother’s helper starting my search in hopes of finding 1-2 down-to-earth families to work occasionally on weekdays (minimum of 4-hours) and weekends (Friday through Sunday, and a minimum of 5 hours a day). I am available to help with your childcare needs so you can either go to work, run errands, attend parties/events, or even go on a "date night". You can go out and feel EXTREMELY CONFIDENT knowing that your most precious commodity/ies is/are in excellent hands and very well taken care of. BACKGROUND: I am a college graduate with over twenty years of childcare experience helping families care for their children (ranging from infants, newborns, toddlers, and adolescents). Your child's safety is my number one priority. I am consistent in upholding and reinforcing household rules implemented by parents. I will follow parents' lead in disciplining. I am an open communicator and hope the families that I work for are the same. * Florida driver's license and vehicle to commute to work * First Aid/CPR course * Extremely comfortable with animals, especially dogs * Non-smoker Below are some of the chores that I help families with: If caring for an infant: Feeding (comfortable and familiar with nursing moms), experience with "reflux" babies and comfortable giving medication, bathing and changing clothes/diapers, playing, listening to music, singing, reading, and giving plenty of hugs and kisses! I am experienced in baby tummy time, introducing new foods, and stimulation exercises as I strongly believe in stimulating activities to help develop their learning and social skills. Toddlers: I help with morning and evening routines, hygiene, bathing, dressing, and preparing healthy meals. I provide structure and creativity for toddlers and older children. Sensory and gross‑motor play Activities include: • Music, dancing, imaginative play, and being silly • Reading, puzzles, Legos, arts & crafts • Building forts, tea parties, outdoor time, and backyard adventures
Hi I am Brooke and I am currently a student in college to become a nurse and get my bachelors. I have been babysitting for 7 years and alittle more. I would be glad to help out with your kids.
Hi! I’m Alexis and I am a 24 year old nanny and tutor. In 2024 I graduated from California State University San Marcos with a bachelor’s in Liberal Studies. In my degree program I have spent over 100 hours in classrooms, teaching and observing various grade levels. I have also done private tutoring and babysitting for several years. In my spare time I like to read, paint, and go for walks with my dogs. Most people would describe me as bubbly, energetic, and down to earth. I hope I am a great fit as your sitter!
Provided childcare for families with children ranging in age from 2 to 8 years old. Worked as a classroom assistant at my synagogue for two years, assisting with children ages 7–8, collaborating with the teacher to help teach the Hebrew language and about Jewish culture. Served as a camp counselor for two years, supervising children ages 6–8 and ensuring their safety and well-being during both indoor and outdoor activities. Worked with children ages 2–4 in my high school preschool program, helping lead educational and developmental learning activities. Volunteered at Camp Jenny - an organization that gives children from an impoverished community an overnight summer camp experience that includes a variety of activities, sports and team-building exercises. At Camp Jenny, I was responsible for overnight care and supervision of children ages 7–8 and assisted with daily camp activities and routines. I would describe myself as a very loyal, flexible and responsible person who’s easygoing and enjoys creating a comfortable, positive environment. I like doing simple, fun things like game nights or movies nights in, and I’m always open to learning new things and trying new experiences. I am dependable, adaptable, and I try to bring calm and friendly energy wherever I am!
I have a BSW (Bachelor of Social Work) from USF. I am a licensed Realtor . I like to stay busy and have volunteered for over 30 years with a local hospital. Since Covid, I am not longer doing that. My greatest joys in life are my two sons and six grandchildren. I am active and enjoy taking my grands to the park and the pool. I also enjoy helping home schooling them. I have volunteered at my church for years, often taking people to doctor appointments and chemo. I have my own car and am able to run errands if needed. I love cats and dogs. I enjoy walking dogs. The last dog I took care of, Sunny, needed long walks. We did 3 miles a day plus. This was in Idaho. Not sure that is practical in Tampa in the summer.
