I first started babysitting neighborhood kids at age 15, quickly becoming the go to babysitter on my block for date nights. I was a full time nanny for 2 kiddos (7 & 10) in Evanston the summer of 2014, and a full time overnight camp counselor the summer before that for a cabin full of 8 year olds. Also, I have a drivers license, but I don't have a car. I have reliable transportation to and from homes, but I am not available for child transportation and will not drive family vehicles. Hello, I’m Vera a very caring grandmother who continues to care for children and 4 legged pets. I am now a family friend after caring (nannied) a 15 yr old girl & a 9 yr old boy, cared for boy since he was 3 months old & is presently in 4th grade. He considers me his grandmother. He spends overnighters on weekends because he misses me. I also work on a doggie sitting service when friends and neighbors need a pet sitter.
