I love being a babysitter and have been watching newborns, infants, toddlers, and kids since I was about 13 years old. My responsibilities have included driving to/from school, crafts, tutoring, and even just keeping children entertained for a few hours! I was a stay at home mom for many years until my husband passed. I used to watch children in my home for many years and miss having them around. I have been taking care of children since I was 10 years old whether it was for neighbors, my parents friends kids or my sister. I have lots of patience and love to teach kids new things like crocheting, arts and crafting. I'm good at helping with homework too! My daughter was multiple handicapped and needed help in all areas of daily living. If you have a special needs child I understand the need for you to get some ME time! Unfortunately, I am allergic to cats but dogs and other animals are fine with me. I stay home most weekends so if you're looking for a weekend getaway I would be happy to help. I am available during the week during the evenings after 4:00 and all day/night on most weekends.
