Hi there! My name is Caitlyn and I am 30 years old with over 13 years of true nannying and babysitting experience. I first started babysitting neighborhood kids at age 15, quickly becoming the go to babysitter on my block for date nights. I was a full time nanny for 2 kiddos (7 & 10) in Evanston the summer of 2014, and a full time overnight camp counselor the summer before that for a cabin full of 8 year olds. Right after graduating from Loyola in 2017, I became a teachers assistant at a private preschool/daycare in Lakeview, helping out with all classrooms from newborns-5 years. Experienced with children of all ages, I love supporting continuous development and growth and take a lot of pride in my ability to connect with and teach children; I am punctual, experienced, and would like to think lots of fun :) After working in tech sales for 5 years, my heart called me back to early childhood, and after being a short term nanny for a 3mo old girl before she began daycare full time last summer, I began teaching in Children’s House (3-5 years) at Guidepost Montessori. My fiancé and I just moved to Fox River Grove to be closer to family, so I’m available in the surrounding areas most weekday evenings after 5:30-6pm, and occasional weekends!
