In 2016, I graduated from college with an Associates in Early Childhood Education and have been a teacher for grades 3 and 5 in math and social studies. As a parent myself, I love kids and enjoy finding ways to make them happy and keep them entertained. I'm great with story telling, whether it be from a book or making up our own imaginative stories together. I am comfortable with caring for young children and have worked with infants as young as 2 months old. Familiar with bathing, feedings, diaper changes and tummy time. My primary goal is providing a safe and fun time for your little one/s and also respecting your preferences. I'd love to meet you and your family! **Early Returns: I understand that sometimes you may return earlier than was previously agreed upon. However, I do ask that you pay the total booking amount in full even if you return earlier than expected. Cancelation Policy: Please note my policy regarding last minute cancelations. If you cancel a booking less then 12 hours before the job, I will be requesting half the booking price. This is my career and I count on this for a living. Late Returns: Life happens and I understand if you are not able to make it back on time as scheduled. However, since I do have other places to be and many obligations I have to institute a late policy. I will be charging 2x the hourly rate you have booked me for any late time. (ie. you booked me at $22/hour and were late 1 hour, you will be charged $44 for the late hour).

I am a 53 year old woman who loves to work with children, seniors and pets. When my children were young, I owned a daycare in my home, for infants, up to school age children. I have raised 2 children of my own, who are both wonderful adults now. For the last 7 months I have been a live in caregiver for an 83 year old, disabled woman. I truly enjoyed caring for this lady, but have moved and looking to watch children again. I have a heart for helping others. In my spare time, I house sit for animals when the pet owners go away, as well as provide dog walking services. I love animals too and would be happy to help in whatever way needed.
