Hello parents! My name is Annie- a native of the D.C. area, I live in Baltimore, have family in Silver Spring, and commute to NW D.C. so I’m happy to pick up jobs anywhere in the area! What I bring to the table: •Nearly 20 years of experience with childcare and household management for preschool-to-high school aged kids and families. I was with my previous family for 14 years and have been with my current family since 2019. •Intuitive and fast thinking- I am able to quickly troubleshoot situations and navigate decisions without handholding. Fixing problems before they become problems. •Almost spotless driving record (one camera ticket in the last few years), plus a squeaky clean criminal record. I am very comfortable driving, navigating rush hour, parallel parking, etc. I have my own transportation. •Funny, down to earth, and strong in my convictions- would like to work with a family on the same wavelength. •I love to cook and am familiar with many different cuisines. Comfortable in kosher, vegetarian/vegan, and gluten-free/allergy kitchens. •Happy to work with families and kids of all types! LGBTQ+, polyam, gnc, families and kids welcome. The downsides: •I am only available for occasional or as-needed work. I have been babysitting since my early teen years and was a volunteer counselor at Catonsville Presbyterian Church's summer camp for two years.
