Nurturing children's development is a true passion of mine, sparked by positive experiences in previous babysitting roles. I have three years of experience caring for children of all ages, from toddlers to teenagers. I hold a graduate degree and am comfortable caring for up to three children at a time. My approach is patient and friendly. I always follow parents' preferred communication methods and am comfortable enforcing household rules. I'm happy to prepare meals and engage children with fun activities, including outdoor sports, board games, and even educational apps. I am also certified in First Aid Training and CPR Training. I speak Arabic and Spanish in addition to English. Ultimately, I want to make a positive impact on your children's lives. I look forward to hearing from you!
Hi my name is Bernice and I am 25 years old. I am from San Antonio Texas but moved here because of the Army. I have been in for 7 years, but my job is currently at a clinic 4 days a week. I’m looking for a side job for occasions and weekends. I can drive and have a Toyota Corolla cross, but I have no car seats. I was a sitter for 2 families during COVID and did weekend and even baby sitting at my old duty station. My experience with these families was amazing because I got to help kids become active and enjoy being creative. I have experience with special needs children, helping with homework, and creating planning parties and hosting activities. One of my families that I baby sat weekly had 3 kids ages 2, 4, and 8. I have worked in the medical field for 7 years and have my CPR and first aid certificate that I must re-certify for every two years. Currently, I am in college and need 7 more classes to finish my bachelors degree in health sciences.
I am a mother. I started my career as a teacher. I have many years of experience working with kids as well as raising my little one. I am patient, loving and fun!! I love reading time, games and providing quality reliable care to small and large families. Please do not hesitate to send me a message in regards to caring for your little ones! I look forward to working with you!
“Lagayle was reliable, punctual, and accommodating on a short-notice booking. She was warm and engaging with my baby from the moment she arrived and handled the evening and bedtime routine with care. She was pleasant, kind, and attentive throughout the stay. I would definitely book with her again!”
I’m an RBT with 3 years of experience working with children with ASD, where I've developed a strong foundation in patience, empathy, and creating supportive environments. I love the field so much I am actively pursuing a Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. In addition to my therapeutic work, I've coached kids ages 3-15 in T-ball, baseball, softball, and soccer, and I played softball myself for 13 years, which has taught me teamwork, discipline, and how to motivate others. I'm CPR certified, and as a proud pet owner of three dogs, I’m experienced in caring for animals as well. I’m passionate about working with kids, whether it’s providing therapy, coaching, or simply making sure they feel safe, engaged, and happy. My compassionate, patient, and reliable nature allows me to build trust with families and create positive experiences for every child I work with.
I have a strong background in caregiving, supported by both my education and hands-on experience. I am currently pursuing a graduate degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, which has given me a deep understanding of emotional development, communication, and how to support individuals with patience and empathy. In terms of experience, I have worked with children in both structured and informal settings, helping with daily routines, play, and emotional support. I’m comfortable managing different age groups and understand the importance of creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment. I also have experience assisting with household tasks such as meal preparation, light cleaning, and organization, which helps keep things running smoothly for families. My personality is one of my biggest strengths as a caregiver. I am patient, dependable, attentive, and compassionate. I take the time to understand each person’s unique needs and adjust my approach accordingly. I’m also very responsible and communicative, so families can feel confident that their loved ones are in good hands. Additionally, I am comfortable around pets and can assist with basic pet care, including feeding, walking, and providing attention. Overall, I bring a well-rounded, caring, and reliable approach to caregiving that focuses on safety, trust, and genuine connection.
