I have been babysitting most of my life. I am a mother of 2, one 14 year old boy and an 11 year old girl. I am CPR certified and have a degree in early childhood education with experience in preschools and elementary schools. I have many personal and professional references. I love working with kids and am currently not working since I moved to Reno, so I’m just looking for occasional jobs. I also love animals and am happy to help with pets. I am a very clean and organized person and prefer to sit on the ground and play with a child rather than sit them in front of a device. I believe children are the most wonderful humans and have a deep desire to get on their level and see the world through their eyes. Having worked at an elementary school in the past, I also have experience with special needs children. I am incredibly patient and love to give love and comfort to everyone I interact with. I've traveled teaching art around the world and i'm alway saving for another trip to expand my knowledge and friendships. My experience nannying spans over 15 years since my first little sibling was born when I was 10. I now have 3 younger siblings and have always felt like a second mom in the family. Caring for and nurturing children will always be part of my life because I firmly believe in mentorship. We all have to work together to become the people we are today.
