Camira $21 per hour for 1 child

Hello everyone. My name is Camira and I’ve been around babies and animals my whole life. I’ve also worked in both a daycare and elementary school as a teachers aid. I love to connect with children through play, music, and laughter. I also enjoy being able to create safe and loving environments for them as well. I’m also a huge cat lover. I recently rescued two kittens, I’ve fostered two kittens, and grew up with my first cat Lucky. I’d love to add to your village and ease your mind during busy schedules.

Karyann $17 per hour for 1 child

Hello! I am a graduate student studying for my degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology. I am looking for a part-time job outside of my career to help pay for my student loans. I have been familiar with childcare since I was 13 years old! I have been caring for my siblings after school, neighborhood kids, and also infants in my family. I know people don’t typically take familial gigs seriously, but these were paid. In these babysitting jobs, I’d be responsible for bathing, doing homework, entertaining, cooking, and putting the child to sleep. I’d also do cleanly duties around the house to keep it tidy for the parents to come home. I also do have experience in working in a children’s day camp. In the day camp, I was responsible for teaching the children, caring for their safety, taking them on field trips, and taking care of their dietary needs. I have immense attention to detail and adaptability, so if you need any services that I haven’t mentioned, please feel free to talk to me about it. I am fine with pets. I am just unfamiliar with precise care, so as long as directions are provided I’d be good to go. I do have an allergy to cats. However my severity depends on the breed and my proximity to the cat. I’d love to work with you! Hope to hear from you soon.

Olivia $25 per hour for 1 child

Hi! My name is Olivia and I am currently a first year grad student at NYU. I have been a montessori preschool and kindergarten teacher for the past 5 years as well as a babysitter and nanny for much longer. In addition to that experience I have also been director of a summer camp for the past 4 years. I have worked with children ages 1 year to 12 years and love working with multiples (I currently work with three siblings). I can cook, clean, assist with homework, navigate travel to other activities, and I love playing games and doing crafts! I am very comfortable helping with animals and doing household chores and errands.

Hi! My name is Karolynne born and raised in Jersey City with a Honduran background. I am fluent in both english and spanish. Offering services for Childcare, Senior care and household services. With children I enjoy many activities and keeping them busy and entertained but also assist them in learning while having fun and being safe. I love to get creative with activities during the childcare. I enjoy doing arts and crafts, assisting with homework and going to the park. I tutored during my high school and college years. I love cooking and baking and a hobby is trying new recipes. For Senior Care I can provide driving and cooking assistance. I enjoy senior care because I love long conversations and keeping seniors company. For Household Services, I can cook, assist with cleaning and laundry. I have a very bubbly personality and enjoy being around children and people!

“Karolynne was a God send on late notice (less than 24 hours!) to provide childcare assistance to my husband with our 4 year old and 1.5 year old as we were in town (and I was out for 2 days) at a conference. The kids warmed up to her almost immediately including our 1.5 year old who is typically shy, and she was a dream to work with - going the extra mile to tidy up when my husband was prepping food or when she had a free moment. With her help we were able to get the kids out to a nearby playground and spend the days with enriching activities. We could not ask for someone better and wished we could bring her back home with us to be our permanent nanny. We are so grateful to have found her and will be keeping in touch for future visits!”
