I’ve always loved working with kids and have several years of experience doing so. Before and during business school, I worked as a professional tennis coach at a club in Chapel Hill, where I worked with kids of all ages and loved getting to know them and their families. I also babysat regularly for a family for a little over a year. I now work in marketing for a corporate company and work from home, which gives me some flexibility with my schedule. Hi! My name is Linsey and I’m currently 21 years old! I moved to NYC from Los Angeles at the beginning of August, and I’m super excited to be here! I’ve been babysitting a lot more consistently after graduating high school to become more financially independent, and since then have made many incredible relationships with children I’ve sat for! I’ve been babysitting since 13 or 14 years old helping out my older sister take care of her two children. I cultivated a love for taking care of children and started to continue doing it outside of my family with family friends. I have taken care of ages 6 months to pre-teens. I love cats and dogs so pets aren’t an issue at all, they’re welcomed! I’ve had cats and dogs my whole life—especially cats—and I absolutely adore them. I have lots of experience changing a litter box, feeding pets, taking them for walks, playing with them, etc. Also certified in CPR!

I started babysitting at 14 and have worked in childcare since then. I worked at a summer camp for five years, and have also have been a full time swim instructor for children ages 2-12. I have done private lessons and continued babysitting throughout. I love working with kids and enjoy watching them learn with a smile on their face!
