Hi! My name is Maddy and I’m a recent graduate from the Ohio State University. I just earned my bachelors in Special Education and I begin teaching in the fall. I love kids, I’m the oldest of 9 and I’m great with pets too! I have 2 huskies of my own and I’m recently married. I’m so excited for a summer of great opportunities!

I am very experienced, responsible, loving and compassionate and energetic! I have two sons who are 24 and 28. (one has epilepsy and one has ADHD) I also have two stepdaughters who are 13 and 15 (one is ASD) I have always had a passion for taking care of babies, children and animals. I worked at my aunt's in home daycare when I was younger. She has a degree in early childhood development. She taught me ways (that still have an impact on me) to provide a nurturing and safe environment and fun ways to instill learning I am a nonsmoker, have reliable transportation and high comfort level with animals. I currently take care of my friend's baby on their date nights, have been taking care of her since she was born. She is now 14 months. I recently left my career in corrections (8/24/25) for a career that is more rewarding. For me, that is helping people. I have a BA in Criminology (minor in Soc) from Capital. My CPR and First Aid certifications are through Franklin County (copies available) I currently nanny part time for 3 families on week days (ages 7 months to 10 years old). I am also a available on occasional weekday evenings and weekends.

Hello my name is Jennifer. I have been watching kids for 10+ years including from babies to school aged kids. I am offering childcare. My responsibilities have been picking kids up from school and helping with school work.

I love pets! I have 4 of my own and care for the community cats outside. I’ll care for your cats like my own and I understand and respect quirks they may have.

I have a strong background in healthcare and caregiving, supported by both hands-on experience and academic training. I recently graduated from nursing school and am a Registered Nurse. I will begin working as an emergency department nurse at The Ohio State University in April and completed my capstone preceptorship in the emergency department, where I cared for patients across the lifespan in high-stress, fast-paced situations. I hold certifications in BLS, Trauma-Informed Care (TIC), and Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI), all of which support my ability to provide safe, responsive, and compassionate care. In addition to my clinical work, I have experience working with children through my time at Jumpstart, where I supported early childhood education and development in underserved communities. I have also working with adolescents in a psychiatric setting and provided mentorship to adolescents through my work at Brown University’s precollege program. I have past experience working with young children in volunteer settings during high school and college. I’ve also worked with seniors and individuals with mental health needs in long-term care and inpatient psychiatric settings. I’m comfortable supporting people with complex health conditions, behavioral challenges, and developmental needs. I additionally have experience providing household assistance and caring for pets. I’m dependable, patient, and calm under pressure, with strong communication skills and a deep sense of empathy. My background in Medical Anthropology adds to my holistic, culturally sensitive approach to caregiving.
