I am a Portland State University graduate with a bachelors of arts in Social Science, minor in psychology and Spanish. I have worked as a Girl Scouts summer activities leader for 23 girls grades first-fourth. As an activities leader, I facilitated science, art and life skills/healthy living. I love creating safe spaces for children to express themselves and be creative. I am a very family oriented person. I am the oldest of three and have spent a lot of my time helping my family raise the small ones in our family. I am currently only available Friday afternoons and weekends. Hello- My name is Roxanna and I am currently a High School Senior getting ready to graduate in a couple of months! I love being a babysitter, and I love working with kids. I’m fun and outgoing, Ive been watching newborns, toddlers and kids since I was 14. I have experience in tutoring children by enhancing their reading and writing skills any grade level. I’ve taken care of 4 kids at once ranging from ages 1-6. I can also assist with household duties such as cleaning, some cooking, and running errands. Hi! After successfully completing my time in the Navy, I'm currently working as a Field Service Engineer at a tech company but want to save more money for college and law school. Growing up, I took care of my sister off and on while my parents were out. When I turned 15, I started working as a lifeguard at my hometown's water park. And when I was 19, I worked for 6 months as a lifeguard at Disney World's Blizzard Beach and Disney's Contemporary Resort. I have spent most of my life taking care of kids and keeping them entertained but safe. I really enjoyed that work and hope I can achieve that again for you and your child.
