Booked by 83 families in Philadelphia, PA

Hi! My name is Bona. I moved to Philly from Portland and come from a large family so I’m very used to being around children. I have previously worked as an after school teacher, a tutor and nannied for a variety of families from all backgrounds. When babysitting I usually enjoy doing arts and crafts, playing games such as hide and seek or sardines and going on adventures if the weather permits. I enjoy reading, finding new shows and very terribly baking/ trying out new recipes. Looking forward to meeting you!

Bona was a great communicator, reliable, friendly, and fun and sweet with our son. She made us feel comfortable and safe. Thank you!

$20 per hour for 1 child
Booked by 7 families in Philadelphia, PA

My name is Kate, and I am a 34-year-old elementary school teacher living in South Philly. I have my bachelor's and master's degrees in education, and I have been teaching for 12 years. I have worked with numerous grade levels (K, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 & 7th) in Pennsylvania and South Florida. I currently teach 2nd grade in South Philly. Beyond that, I was previously a babysitter for years while in college, a swim instructor and life guard, and I still hold my CPR/AED certification. I also have up-to-date PA Child Abuse clearances and FBI clearances due to working for the School District. My schedule has me home by 3:00 p.m. every day, and I would love to fill some time helping out some families in the area with any pet, house, or babysitting needs! I am also available to tutor, in addition to these services. In my "spare" time, I love to work out, spend time with my fur babies, and read, read, read! If you feel like I would be a good fit for your needs, I would love to schedule a time to meet up and see if we can work something out. I look forward to hearing from you!

Kathryn was great! Very communicative and flexible. Our daughter had a blast and will definitely rehire! A+
