I have been babysitting and working with children in different settings, both paid and unpaid, since I was in middle school. Most recently, I nannied for several families on a part-time basis from 2[removed]. I absolutely love working with children and getting to encourage the development of their growing minds! I think my personal emphasis on kindness and hard work are excellent traits for children to look up to and eventually implement into their own lives. This will make them adults who greatly impact society in the future, and I think that is one of the most rewarding aspects of childcare! With my education and prior experience as an EMT, I am extremely comfortable with caring for people with medical conditions and am extensively trained in basic and advanced life support for both children and adults. Therefore, I would be a reliable individual in any emergency situation. Also, I have had some brief experiences with pet sitting and have grown up taking care of dogs of my own.
