Hello, my name is Cinthia! I am currently a Ph.D. student in School Psychology at the University of Texas at Austin. I have a Masters degree in School Psychology from UT and a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology with minors in Education Studies and Applied Developmental Psychology from UCLA. I worked at a childcare center at UCLA with infants and toddlers for 3 years. I currently work at a community mental health clinic providing therapy to children, teens, and families. I also provide services as several elementary schools and community organizations around Austin. I love interacting, working and learning from children of all ages. I operate on the philosophy that children are all active agents of their own learning and a caregivers' role is to foster, scaffold, and facilitate their experiences, especially through play and fun activities.
Hi, I'm Annie! I am a responsible, energetic, and caring sitter with years of experience looking after kids of all ages. I have mainly looked after elementary to middle school children, and have some experience with infants as well. I prioritize safety, emotional connection, and enrichment through fun activities. I'm Basic Life Support (BLS) certified, which encompasses CPR and immediate life-sustaining care. I am also First Aid Certified and have experience with special needs children. I'm comfortable caring for up to three children and am happy to help with cooking, light housekeeping, crafts, and and transportation/errands with the family's car. I communicate with parents regularly, following their preferred method for updates. I hope to bring my energy and experience to your family and create a fun, safe, and enriching environment for your children.
Hi! I’m a Psychology student-athlete at the University of Texas. I love working with children, & I have worked at a nature-based daycare for the past 3 summers. Child Care: I have 3 summers of experience working at a nature-based daycare, primarily caring for children ages 18m-6 years old, but on occasion I would care for babies ages 6m-17m as well. I am comfortable changing diapers, potty training support, helping with meals, supervising children, and creating a safe and positive environment. Certifications or training: I am CPR certified, First Aid certified, and have a water safety training certificate. Activities I enjoy with children: I love taking children on walks, going to parks, playing outside, doing nature-based activities, arts and crafts, reading, games, and different types of creative and active play. Skills: I can help with homework and tutoring, cook and prepare meals and snacks, and keep children engaged with age-appropriate activities. Senior Care Experience: I do not have professional senior-care experience yet, but I am very willing to learn and provide caring, patient, and dependable support. Non-medical skills: I can help with cooking, meal preparation, light cleaning, organizing, errands, grocery shopping, companionship, and other everyday household tasks. Experience with pets: I have 4 cats of my own and have been around plenty of dogs. I am comfortable caring for dogs and cats and am happy to work with different breeds and sizes. Household Services: Through childcare and everyday responsibilities, I am comfortable helping keep spaces clean, organized, and running smoothly.
Hi there! I’m a Texas A&M graduate and Austin native with over 15 years of experience caring for children from newborns to age 12+. I previously worked as a medical assistant at Dell Children’s Hospital for four years, and for the past two years I’ve been a full-time nanny for two wonderful children, ages 1 and 2. As they transition into a school program, I am now seeking new opportunities to continue working with children. I have my own car with a clean driving record, am CPR certified, and am happy to help with meal/snack preparation as well as light housekeeping to support your family. I’d also be glad to provide references upon request. I look forward to connecting!
Hi! My name is Olivia and I currently have a very flexible schedule. I love kids and am comfortable watching children of all ages. I am a creative and attentive care-taker. I bring experience with outdoor education and arts and crafts to babysitting, and am enthusiastic about facilitating engaging screen-free activities with children of all ages. I am also an experienced math and science tutor, and am happy to provide homework assistance with these (and other) topics. I love to cook, and I am happy to prepare healthy meals for your children (often with their help) that fit your family's dietary needs. Although I don't have a car currently, I am a licensed driver. I am comfortable driving a family car should that be helpful.
