My name is Emannuela, I’m 33 years old and originally from Brazil, where I graduated in Early Childhood Education and worked as a kindergarten teacher for five years before moving to the United States. I have over seven years of full-time childcare experience in the U.S., including two years as an au pair in New York, caring for a baby from 3 months to 2 years old, and five years as a nanny in Maryland, looking after three wonderful children between 1 month and 8 years old. I truly enjoy being around kids, helping them learn, play, and grow in a safe, positive environment. I’m currently transitioning careers, but I still love connecting with families and offering occasional babysitting. I’m available after 5:30 p.m. on weekdays and all day and night on weekends, and I’d be happy to help with date nights or special occasions. Patients is key, in my opinion, and anything can be taught with both patients and determination. I grew up playing many different sports and think exercise is important but I my passion is reading and I love doing read alouds with the kids. It can surprise people how much some of the older kids appreciate being read to.

I love kids and have experience both in house babysitting 2 young girls over 5 years, as well as working in a performance training facility with the youth group of ages 3-15 years old.
