Hello! I’m Kaitlynn and I’m excited to work with you and your kiddos! I am an alumna of the UW with a degree in biology, planning on heading to medical school. I am hoping to find a few families that I can babysit for consistently so myself, and the kids and parents alike can be comfortable and confident. I have previously volunteered as a tutor of varying ages (5-13), and helped take care of my nephew who is now 10 years old. I am BLS certified and knowledgeable on basic first aid (though not certified in that). I am preparing for the MCAT and working (my job is highly variable and I am able to set my schedule for the most part) during this gap year. I look forward to talking with you soon!

I am a Graduate student at Gonzaga University. I play on the Division 1 Women’s Golf Team. I love working with children. I volunteer for First Tee to shape young minds in an outdoor setting. Making a positive impact on children's lives is what I strive for as a caregiver. I have 2-3 year of experience caring for children aged newborn to teenagers. I am comfortable caring for up to four children. My graduate coursework has helped me better understand child development. I am patient, creative, friendly, and enjoy playing outdoor games, board games, and puzzles. I communicate with parents at pickup, and send regular updates via text or phone call, depending on your preference. I am comfortable enforcing household rules. Hello families, I’m very glad to meet you. The first thing you should know about me is that I am a Christian and I love Jesus with all of my heart! The second thing you should know about me is that I love children of all ages. The third thing you should know about me is that I am a wife and mother. The fourth thing you should know about me is that I’ve been taking care of children since I was a teenager. I have been a preschool teacher and a homeschooling mom. My boys will be graduating from high school next Saturday. My husband and I have been married for 26 1/2 years. I’m looking forward to getting to know your families and playing with your children. PS. I enjoy being with children because they make me laugh and smile. I see all children as a gift from God who are designed to be loved, cherished and enjoyed.

Mom for 21 years, 2 girls, very active, preschool teacher at Dance Center preschool age 3-5, Paraeducator for Spokane Public Schools 3 years, supports staff at SPS for over 10 years, previous fitness instructor, I have 4 cats and a dog and a lizard, love the outdoors, very crafty(art, crochet, painting, various crafts). CPR certified, prior EMT training, background check cleared thru Spokane Public Schools. I love to read and craft, I’m active in many sports(Zumba, hockey, skating, cross training). I love to be busy and active.

If you count taking care of my younger brother with Down Syndrome I have many years of childcare experience. Outside of my family, I’ve worked with friends providing childcare (mostly ages 4-10), pet sitting and house sitting services. Additionally, I have 3 years of experience in a retirement home and 1 year private caregiving. I hold a BLS/CPR certification and within the past year, I obtained my EMT license.
