Hi! I’m Amber and I’m a teacher that’s looking to help out families after school and on weekends! I’m interested in providing childcare, pet care, and/or household services! I’ve been teaching for the last 7 years in public schools. Prior to teaching I worked in childcare running the infant classroom and floating amongst the toddler-age classrooms. I also have experience working with children in special education so I feel very comfortable working with all ages and ability levels! Both my educational and work background almost exclusively revolve around children and have allowed me to develop an excellent set of knowledge and personable skills for working with kids. I feel very comfortable and confident caring for all ages!

“Amber is fantastic. She’s communicative, prompt, and easy to work with. She’s flexible and has tons of practical experience working with children. The kids had a great time with her and want her back soon! ”

Hello there, my name is Lauren and I am a kind, energetic, and reliable caregiver. I just moved to the beautiful city of Seattle in April 2023. Most recently, I worked with an amazing family in Los Angeles to raise their first child from three months to three years old. I had complete responsibility over his eating, sleeping, social, creative, and intellectual well being. I took my role within the family very seriously making sure that each of those pieces gained the attention they deserved for each milestone. In the last 10 years I have had the opportunity to grow with children ranging from infants to young teenagers. I have a well maintained car with a clean driving record if transportation to classes or adventures is needed. I am open to light housework insuring your home is cleaned up from my time. Thank you for taking the time to read through my profile and I would love to hear from you.

“Lauren was great! Booked her only for housekeeping, but she was super thorough! Would book again.”

Booked by 4 families in Medina, WA

Hi!, I’m Maryam, and I have over five years of hands-on experience working with children of all ages. My mother owns a daycare center, where I have spent years helping and building strong skills in childcare, from infants to school aged kids. These experiences have given me a deep passion for creating safe, loving, and engaging environments for children to learn and grow. I am a caring, energetic, and patient person who loves being active and creative with kids whether that means playing games, helping with schoolwork, or encouraging them through arts, crafts, and outdoor activities. I take pride in nurturing children while also supporting their development and independence. In addition to childcare, I am comfortable with light housework, organizing, and running errands. I am also trained in CPR and first aid, ensuring I can respond calmly and effectively in emergency situations. My love for children goes beyond caregiving I truly enjoy being part of their growth journey and forming positive, trusting relationships with families. I am excited about the opportunity to bring my skills, experience, and passion for childcare into a supportive and nurturing home environment.

“Maryam has been an amazing sitter for my daughter. She's extremely reliable, communicates often and clearly, and my daughter loves playing with her. Absolutely would recommend.”
