Hello UrbanSitter Families! I'm not the greatest at introductions but I promise I'm far better in-person with families and kids. Combined, I have now over 15 years of experience working with families. In fact, there has not really been a time where I have ever stopped working with families! I have professionally managed events, conferences, and weddings for a good chunk of my career before transitioning to academic research and law. Outside of this platform, I work privately in law, with content management, and coach public speaking. I took a break from UrbanSitter for several years for grad schools. Updated November 2024 Hi, my name is Andi, i am a long time caregiver from being a personal caregiver for folks living with disabilities & seniors to being a mothers helper in the postpartum period. I am also a birth and postpartum doula who has attended 20 births and cared for families outside of the app as a postpartum overnight doula. Outside my caregiving work, I also petsit and housesit as well. my primary work is in the nonprofit sector and I work M-Th 9-5pm either from home or from a Cap Hill office.
