I have my own car available to use with your kids, clean driving record, and exceptional driving skills. I enjoy being able to help in the developmental process of each child. I have been using development tools for years such as Kinedu and Baby-Led Weaning. Apps designed to support parents in nurturing their child's development through play as well providing foods that are nutritious for babies in a way that they can handle them. I’m bilingual, English-Spanish and I enjoy teaching these languages through reading, singing, play time and throughout their daily’s routine. I’m a sporting person, I like swimming, gymnastics and I workout regularly to keep myself healthy. I have experience taking the kids to swimming classes, gymnastics, and outdoors- indoors activities. I'm a career nanny with over 15 years of nanny experience. I am also a newborn care specialist, birth doula, and postpartum doula. Though I am a US citizen, I was born and raised in Indonesia and speak fluent Indonesian as well as English. I am fully vaccinated, have a reliable car, clean driving record, and am CPR/First Aid/AED Certified for infants, children, and adults. I enjoy caring for children of all ages, but the bulk of my experience has been in the newborn to 5 year old range. I love getting children outdoors, helping facilitate art projects, listening to music, having dance parties, and also reading with children. I also love board games, having tea parties, and going on neighborhood adventures or outings to the zoo or aquarium. I currently work as a full-time nanny and am unavailable for full-time care, but I am available most weekday mornings before 9am as well as most weeknights after 5:30pm. I am also often available on weekends. ***I do not provide care for sick children, as I do not want to run the risk of my regular nanny family getting sick.*** I have a 4 hour or $120 minimum for bookings and am happy to be paid through Urbansitter, in cash, or through Venmo. I'm happy to do overnights and charge a flat rate of $175 for the hours between 10pm and 6am and my hourly rate for any additional hours. I grew up as the youngest sibling for almost thirteen years until my little brother was finally born. Since my older siblings were in college and very busy and both of my parents were employed, I shared responsibilities of taking care of my younger brother since high school. I also have an abundant amount of younger cousins that I would babysit so I’ve grown up around children my whole life and am very comfortable caring for kids of all ages. I have two cats at home so I am experienced with feeding cats, cleaning litters, etc. I don’t have much experience with dogs, but as long as they gets to know me and are relatively calm, I don’t mind being in the company of any dogs!
