Hi - My name is Christina, I’m 30 years old and I'm currently in school to get a degree in Public Health. Once I complete my degree, I would love to have the title, “child and maternal health advocate”! I started working in child care 10 years ago as a lead teacher in a toddler classroom at a daycare. After a few years there, I moved on to becoming a nanny. I’ve been a nanny to two amazing families since 2016. Im thankful to have held long term positions. While my work week is filled with my current position, I do enjoy babysitting on the side. Im open to one time and occasional babysitting depending on the families needs. I love being a babysitter and have been watching newborns, infants, toddlers, and kids (including twins!) since was 18 years old. My responsibilities as a babysitter have included bed time routines, prepping meals, cleaning up as well as entertaining the children. Naturally, I have a calm demeanor and a nurturing personality. I believe it goes hand in hand while being a caretaker. Although I am unavailable for for a full/part time position, I am open for date nights and such! Please feel free to contact I me. I can also provide my resume. *updated Aug. 2023

We hired Christina to take care of our 3 year old daughter for the afternoon/evening. She did a wonderful job with Eliana in engaging her, taking her to play at the park, and making sure she got all the steps to her bedtime routine done--always a challenge. She quickly noticed and cleaned up when our daughter almost started painting the wall while I was showing Christina around right after she arrived. She also cleaned up after our daughter had a potty accident. Christina was very professional, arrived early, and has a very calm, patient, and thoughtful demeanor. We highly recommend her to other families, and hope to have the opportunity to hire her again.

I have 5 years of experience working with children in a professional childcare setting. I also have 4 years of experience petsitting dogs, cats, and exotic pets. I grew up with pets and currently have a dog so I am very comfortable working with animals. I enjoy providing care to families, whether that is taking care of children or simply running errands and cleaning around the home. I am bilingual in English and Russian.

Jeannie is very compassionate, kind, and thoughtful! She always gives full attention to any kiddo she is watching and engages in fun, creative play with them. I have full confidence in her care for children - they love her!

I have worked in school districts for 10 years plus. Most of it was with special education, children. For the last five years, I’ve taken care of my very sick husband.. He goes to Dialysis three times a week of which I have already put into the hours I can work and he also has short-term memory loss. I have a great deal of patience and empathy for those that are younger and those that may have minor mental and emotional problems. I take very seriously what it is that I do. I do not consider these individuals as lesser people. I especially love children. I have 10 grandchildren, and I taught all of them how to swim. I was a major part in their lives and as a result of my support as has been told to me by my children, my grandchildren are stable and productive individuals in the society. But I mostly love and enjoy little one’s handicapped or not.
