I am a Graduate student at Gonzaga University. I play on the Division 1 Women’s Golf Team. I love working with children. I volunteer for First Tee to shape young minds in an outdoor setting. Making a positive impact on children's lives is what I strive for as a caregiver. I have 2-3 year of experience caring for children aged newborn to teenagers. I am comfortable caring for up to four children. My graduate coursework has helped me better understand child development. I am patient, creative, friendly, and enjoy playing outdoor games, board games, and puzzles. I communicate with parents at pickup, and send regular updates via text or phone call, depending on your preference. I am comfortable enforcing household rules. Hello families, I’m very glad to meet you. The first thing you should know about me is that I am a Christian and I love Jesus with all of my heart! The second thing you should know about me is that I love children of all ages. The third thing you should know about me is that I am a wife and mother. The fourth thing you should know about me is that I’ve been taking care of children since I was a teenager. I have been a preschool teacher and a homeschooling mom. My boys will be graduating from high school next Saturday. My husband and I have been married for 26 1/2 years. I’m looking forward to getting to know your families and playing with your children. Since I was 11 years old, people have always told me that I'm great with children! I have had several jobs working with children ages 2 months to teens. I've worked with kids who have had special needs and also managed a kids salon for 8 years! I'm kind, patient and just absolutely adore kids!! Im respectful and loyal! I have 3 kids myself ages 18, 17 and 6 yrs old. My 6 year old is developmentally delayed, so I also understand children who are sometimes challenged as well. I'm a good communicator, and feel that it's a very important part of everyday life. I love to be silly and have fun as well! My favorite things to do with kids is arts and crafts, and making things from scratch!

CPR certified, prior EMT training, background check cleared thru Spokane Public Schools. I love to read and craft, I’m active in many sports(Zumba, hockey, skating, cross training). If you count taking care of my younger brother with Down Syndrome I have many years of childcare experience. Outside of my family, I’ve worked with friends providing childcare (mostly ages 4-10), pet sitting and house sitting services. Additionally, I have 3 years of experience in a retirement home and 1 year private caregiving. I hold a BLS/CPR certification and within the past year, I obtained my EMT license.
