I am a mother and a grandmother. I raised my three children with love, devotion, a sense of humor, surrounded by grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins. They are all well adjusted adults. I have also been a caregiver/babysitter for two of my four grandchildren as a regular job, on Bainbridge Island and have taken care of all my grandchildren throughout their lives on many different occasions. I have also been a caregiver for the elderly for the past 6 years for a company that just closed its doors, unfortunately. I have two cats and have had cats all my life. They love me and I love them.

I have experience babysitting children ranging from 18 months up to 13 years, including kids with ADHD and ASD. I'm a pretty calm and easygoing guy, and always make an effort to connect with the kids I care for. I’m a pretty active person and like to get the kids outside when I can. Lava monster is a favorite when we go to the playground. While I personally default to physical activities, I'm prepared to take what the day gives me and have enjoyed many evenings learning about new board games or chatting about Minecraft or Roblox.
