Hi everyone I’m Jocelyn is look forward to offering my services of child care, household services if needed as well as pet care. I’m the oldest of four siblings, and growing up caring for my brothers and sisters taught me patience, responsibility, and how rewarding it is to support children as they grow. I have experience with children of all ages whether that is an infant, toddler, or kid. I’ve also helped care for my younger cousins which has also helped me gain experience with kids of different ages and personalities. I truly love children and have a soft spot for them. I think children are very smart and curious, and just need patience, understanding, and someone open minded to guide them and listen. I also worked at a kids club in a gym, where I cared for multiple children at once. This taught me how to manage groups safely, keep them engaged, and ensure each child felt seen and supported. Along with my experience with children, I’ve grown up around animals. My family had three dogs and a cat, so I’m very familiar with caring for pets and understand how loving and important they are in a family. I enjoy spending time with animals, giving them attention, and making sure they feel safe and happy. I’m a caring, gentle, and dependable person who treats others like my own family. I take pride in creating a safe, nurturing, and positive environment, whether helping with homework, planning little fun activities, or looking after pets. I’m excited to meet your family and provide the support and care that you may need.
Hi parents, my name is Melissa. I am 30 and currently in school completing science classes and now applying to nursing programs. Because of this career path I’m choosing, I have sought after my CPR certification and an EMT certification. I’m certified by American Heart Association and certified by the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians, as well as the state of CA. I completed my EMT training at Citrus College. I am now working full-time as an EMT. I began babysitting when I was 11 years old, taking care of my little brother and any children belonging to family and friends. Not only have I babysat children, but I have coached and tutored them as well. I was previously employed by Jumpstart (AmeriCorps) to help teach preschool children in low income communities. Because of this, I took 2 child development courses and extensive training, which helped me to continue working with children through UrbanSitter since 2015. Side note: In my video, i accidentally said that I have experience with children between 2 and 3, but I have babysat children between the ages of 2 and 14. I sent in another video to correct it, but Urbansitter approved of the wrong video. For multiple family bookings: Rates listed below are for a single family household. If 2 or more families are sharing babysitting services, I ask the each have their own starting pay at the CA hourly minimum wage. Thank you for understanding.
“Very friendly and experience in taking 18 months old”
Hi! My name is Kayla. I've spent the last ten years caring for children of all ages. Whether it's infants, toddlers, or teenagers, I'm extremely comfortable around kids and willing to learn and adapt to best care for your child or children! When it comes to taking care of your child, I enjoy outdoor adventures in the park, reading books, and baking sweet treats (with your permission, of course). My goal is to ensure your child stays happy and comfortable while you're away! I currently work part-time, which gives me a flexible schedule. I'm usually available early mornings, midday, and late nights, and I can accept last minute bookings. I look forward to meeting you and your loved ones!
“Kayla was early, giving us time to review instructions, answer any questions. Both minis took to her quickly. My 4 year old wanted to give her 100 stars, he looks forward to seeing her again.”

Hello! My name is Emily and I’m currently a Junior at UCLA. I offer child care, pet care, and household services. I’ve been caring for others since I was about 10 years old, starting with my younger siblings, and have worked with children of all ages—from infants to teens. I don’t have a specific age preference to work with, as I love caring for all kids, and believe each age brings their own fun adventure. I love getting creative with kids through crafts, games, educational fun, and outdoor play, and I’m happy to help with homework (have experience as a tutor), light cooking, and bedtime routines. I have a Husky of my own named Max and lots of experience with many dog breeds and cats as well. I can assist with walking, feeding, playtime, and giving your furry babies the love and attention they need. I also offer household help such as cleaning, laundry, cooking, organizing, and running errands. I can bring my own cleaning supplies if needed. I’m dependable, upbeat, and passionate about creating a safe, caring environment for every family I work with!
“Emily was great with my toddler! Will be rebooking in the future and would recommend to others. ”
