Hello! I'm Cassidy and I'm a junior at SFSU. I am offering child care and household services. I started babysitting a bit more than a year now, but have worked with children since I was 16 (volunteering at an elementary after-school program). I love being creative with children, so I do crafts, draw, build, and make up games with kids when I babysit them. I also have experience helping kids with homework and am happy to provide extra academic support! I can drive to the kids' appointments or anywhere needed, cook, and clean. I am allergic to cats.

I started by helping my mom with my siblings; Which just ignited the joy I have with working with children. I'm very patient, and I'm able to provide help where it's needed. I'm starting my first semester at ccsf for ECE, as my focus is to get a job working with children. I'm great at cooking and following diet restrictions. Food safety is my number one priority when it comes to this. I'm able to multitask and take care of anything I may need with a good amount of precision. I genuinely love working with kids, and I hope to have some of my own someday. I have about 10-12 years of experience working with children; my experience primarily comes from helping raise my siblings into the preteens they are now. I grew up cleaning and cooking, so I'm well-equipped when it comes to these.

I am a retired modern jazz dancer and graduated from San Francisco State in 1980 with a degree in Dance/Theatre. I am still interested in the performing arts. I love music of many kinds and love to see the progress of young musicians.. I will be starting to volunteer as a reading tutor for elementary schools in San Francisco sometime in February 2026. I have been camp counselor, babysitter, after school child care leader, nanny, TA for early childhood school, and now I am currently a para educator in a TK classroom at an elementary school in the city. I have worked with all ages from infants to middle school. I love to work with kids because it is rewarding and fulfilling to watch tiny humans develop and become their own person.
