I love kids, and have four nieces and nephews that I have adored watching and helping grow up. I have extensive experience watch infants, toddlers, and children. I have worked with seniors in the past, but not at the same regularity as children. I am happy to provide rides, entertainment, cooking, and baking. What is not listed among the groups are adults and children with intellectual disabilities. I worked as social worker with folks who have disabilities for eight years. Most of that time was with adults, but I have also worked with children. My pricing for folks with disabilities is negotiable, but will usually be higher depending on the needs of the individual. I am experienced in and happy to provide household services. Including cleaning, running errands, and cooking. I confess that I am no master chef, but I can cook decent simple food. My baking skills are exceptional. I am an animal lover, and am happy to look after any animals that aren't scorpions, spiders, you get the idea. I do not mind working with snakes.

Hi, my name is Megan! I graduated from CU Denver in 2021 and I love playing with kids! I have always loved spending time with kids of all ages and happily began babysitting at a young age. I also spent many hours volunteering with children at my church. Since those early years, I have been the occasional babysitter, the long-term nanny, and worked in childcare at a business. I'm looking to find a new nanny position as the children I have been caring for most recently are aging out of needing my help. I am very child-led when it comes to play and exploration, giving little ones a chance to control a bit of their world and dictate the things that interest them the most. But I also do my best to set a structure and routine to the day, with expectations for what will be occurring at different times, to give the children a sense of stability. One of my favorite things to do with kids is play pretend. I love helping them learn about their world and help them explore and use their imaginations. I can help with some small chores like fixing meals for kids, dishes, and some laundry but I prefer to mainly do childcare. I'm very comfortable with pets but I am mildly allergic to fur.
