I am currently an Auntie caregiver to my neighbors, friends, and family members, and I clean a friends AirBnB. I run my own massage business if you need a massage! Being an older sister I have taken care of my 3 younger siblings since I was 2 years old and helped mom with "chores." Kids are my greatest teachers. I love being active and engaging. I play piano and sand volleyball, studied 8 years of Biology, Chemistry, Nutrition Sciences and minored in Spanish. Mostly every job I’ve had, has been working with kids!! I’ve been a nanny, a preschool teacher for 8 years, and for the past 2, at a high school. Hi! I’m a 4th Grade teacher in Denver Public Schools district on summer break. I’ve taught elementary grade levels (all subjects!) for 6 years. Throughout the years, I’ve taught 3rd grade, 2nd grade, and 4th grade. I am very familiar with the Literacy and Math standards progression from K-5 and the strategies/language students need to learn to reach their academic goals. In past summers, I have taught summer school, coordinated summer camps, and worked for the parks and rec department a coaching soccer and basketball. I believe that learning needs to be a great mix of hard work and fun! This summer, I decided to take the summer off and not commit to a full time position. After working as a baby sitter for a few years I got a job working with a business in Durango Colorado called Nifty Nanny through 2017 and 2018. After that I kept doing babysitting in Tuscon Arizona. In 2021 I worked at a overnight summer camp called Colvig Silver Camps for 2 months so I’ll have plenty of games and activities to keep your kids happy. I have CPR certification and Wilderness First Aid Certification.
