Hello! I’m Hailey and I’m 27 years old. I've been babysitting since I was 15. Have been a full time nanny for the last 8 years. Have stayed with families long term, as long as 3.5 years. I have a lot of experience with having a toddler and infant at the same time. I was a Preschool Assistant Teacher at The Academy ECE(Feb 2017-August 2017). I was a Group Leader with the YMCA Childcare Program(March 2016-Feb 2017). My Junior year of high school I was an after school nanny to a developmentally disabled 14 year old. I love engaging with kids and helping them learn/grow. I enjoy arts and crafts, singing, reading books, board+card games, dramatic play, hide and seek, riding bikes, etc. I can take kids on outings to the park, museums, zoo, library for story time, etc. I know of a lot of fun kid places! I’m very responsible, trustworthy, and nurturing. I have 9 years of experience in the classroom as a gen-ed teacher and 3 years of experience as a special education teacher for students with mild to moderate disabilities. Throughout my time teacher, in college, and high school I have worked part time for many families as a nanny, tutor, swim instructor, house manager, you name it. I am now a recent graduate with a master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and I am working as a therapist with parents and kids. I worked for Avaya (Lucent, AT&T, Bell Labs and Western Electric) for 38 1/2 years. I am looking for ways to make a little extra money for a cruise I am taking next January. I am a Christian and attend Flatirons Community Church where I volunteer working with youth (12 - 18 years old at Open Door Ministry. Theses children live with their mom in a shelter or on the streets. Two other couples and I prepare a dinner meal and serve them. I'm retired from officiated soccer for 27 years and also was an Assessor and Instructor for United States Soccer Federation 30 years. I have worked with youth a very long time.
