Regarding childcare I have experience taking care of boys and girls, newborns to 14 years old. And since 2020 I’ve been working as a personal assistant/ house manager in parallel. About my personality: I’m kind, communicative, proactive, straightforward, and trustworthy. Household/personal assistance: I’m happy to help with: tidying, organization, laundry, dishes, trash, vacuum, schedule appointments, tasks and appointments reminders, booking trips, deal with contractors, social media manager, email cleaning, chop food, and more. But, I don’t do deep cleaning, I’m not good at it, I rather let the professionals cleaners handle this part. Childcare: 9+ years of experience taking care of boys and girls, newborns to 14 years old. I also have experience with special needs kids: diabetes, AHDH and premature. My disciplinary style: I like to listen to the kids and let them make decisions whenever is possible. I rather be more mindful than authoritarian, but it is important to me the kids know boundaries and I encourage discipline and respect. I also encourage learning, development and socialization. Tasks I’m comfortable doing as a nanny: play, drive, feed with bottle/spoon, give baths, help with homework, cook, bedtime routine, change diapers, make crafts, take to parks/museums, and go on little adventures such as a treasure hunt or a kid friendly hike. I have always loved kids, the imagination, the creativity, makes me feel young again! I grew up watching my little cousins since I was 12 so I’ve got experience with girls and boys. I have had no less than 4 pets growing up so I have lots of experience with animals, as well! I currently have a miniature dachshund, we got her after my boxer died so I do well with little to big dogs and I grew up with lots of cats, and I’ve watched birds before too!

Hi I’m Jessie. I have 24 years of experience in education and child care. I have 2 boys, 13 and 15. 2 dogs, a Great Dane and a Saint Bernard. Currently I teach in Pinellas County Schools private school division and work with ESE students in K-12 grade. I started babysitting when I was 14 and quickly became a nanny for 2 families. My first nanny job began with a 6 month old and a 1.5 year old. I stayed with that family until they were 5 and 6.5. When those children began school full time I did pick ups and drop offs, but during the day I worked in a church daycare with infants to two year olds. I have extensive experience with infants, toddlers, and school age children. I am available for school pickups and drop offs, night time sittings, overnights, pet and house sitting as well. I love playing games, going on educational outings, movies, farmers markets, theme parks, or just crafting at home. I look forward to hopefully meeting some of you in the future.
