I am a mother of four ages 27, 21, 20, 17. I have previous work experience as a nanny, as well as, taking care of children in my home. I have experience tutoring and mentoring children, as well as, an elementary school computer lab teacher. I also have experience working in an assisted living facility and I have worked with special needs clients, as well as mentally ill clients. I currently work with autistic children and elderly with dementia. I am very organized and can help with homework, cleaning, and meal preparation. Hello to all the beautiful families out there! My name is Farrah, and I am a current Doctor of Chiropractic student who has always loved caregiving. Since the age of 13, I partook in caregiving services for children ages three mos -16 years of age and seniors under my unofficial company name, FairBear Cares Babysitting Services. Fun fact, the name FairBear came from the babies I used to teach dance to for about 4-5 years while in high school. They were too young to enunciate my name, so they called me "Miss Faywuh or Miss Fare." In Whitney Houston's song, The Greatest Love of All, she said, "I believe the children are our future," and that gives a glimpse of why caregiving is so special to me. The joy and authenticity of kids is so refreshing and honestly an inspiration to me. I also live to serve, so giving back in any capacity is my true heartthrob.
