Hi, my name is Mia and I am 23 years old! I recently graduated from Clemson University with a Bachelor's degree in Biology and a double minor in Psychology and Microbiology. I am now located in Atlanta to pursue my Master's degree at Emory University! While earning my Bachelor's, I nannied for several lovely families with children 0-4 years old and worked as a caregiver at an assisted living and memory care facility. I am CPR/BLS certified, have reliable transportation, and have many years of experience working with children, young adults, and seniors with physical and developmental disabilities. I'd describe my personality as fun, attentive, and caring. I like working with kids because I grew up in a pretty large family and love being a part of the development and growth of children! I love seeing the moment a new skill or trait clicks for them, and I love helping them turn into the people they were created to be! I started working with kids in middle school through babysitting and working in the church nursery and kids classes. I currently serve as the deacon of kids ministry at my church and regularly serve in child care on Sunday mornings. I worked as a full time nanny for a few months after graduating college.
