Hi there! My name is Caitlyn and I am 30 years old with over 13 years of true nannying and babysitting experience. I first started babysitting neighborhood kids at age 15, quickly becoming the go to babysitter on my block for date nights. I was a full time nanny for 2 kiddos (7 & 10) in Evanston the summer of 2014, and a full time overnight camp counselor the summer before that for a cabin full of 8 year olds. Right after graduating from Loyola in 2017, I became a teachers assistant at a private preschool/daycare in Lakeview, helping out with all classrooms from newborns-5 years. I've been babysitting my whole life and really enjoy spending time with children. They are genuine, inventive and energetic and a welcome change from the adults I spend most of my time with! My youngest sister was born when I was 14 so I have day-to-day experience caring for a young child in my own family. I babysat my way through college, for individual families and for a few churches in a daycare setting. During the summer I worked day camp for school age children and also did respite work with handicapped children. Hello, I’m Vera a very caring grandmother who continues to care for children and 4 legged pets. I am now a family friend after caring (nannied) a 15 yr old girl & a 9 yr old boy, cared for boy since he was 3 months old & is presently in 4th grade. He considers me his grandmother. He spends overnighters on weekends because he misses me. I also work on a doggie sitting service when friends and neighbors need a pet sitter.
