Hi! I'm Crystal, and I am a singer and a Certified Full-Spectrum Doula. I am currently offering childcare, pet care, and senior care I love singing, reading, cooking, arts and crafts, and education. I believe that exploring and developing independence and creativity are super important in every stage of life. It builds confidence and breeds curiosity, which never goes away. I have worked with children in various settings and all age brackets (newborn to 16). Some of my responsibilities have been as a Nanny (household chores, errands, appointments, cooking, getting kiddos ready for school, and bedtime routine), an after-school instructor (classroom management, homework assistance, SEL activities, crafts, reading tutoring, communication with teachers to understand better where students are, communication with parents about expectations), and as a camp counselor. I have experience with senior care, and pet care as well. I can drive to appointments, pick up, ensure the correct dosages of medication are taken, and prepare meals, etc. I currently assist in doing so for my own grandmother. I always like kids, I like them to be free to play and learn in a safe environment. I like to help them to grow at their pace but exploring their own potential. I was some years in college in the biology carrer. I'm a mother of two and I'm ready to help.

As a proud mother of two grown, independent adult children, my nest may be empty, but my heart is still completely full of love for little ones. Having successfully navigated the beautiful, chaotic journey of raising my own kids into adulthood, I find myself deeply missing the pure joy, curiosity, and laughter that only children bring. I am eager to channel that enduring warmth, patience, and experience into providing a safe, fun, and loving environment for your children.

I have 1 year of experience as a teachers aid for pre-k through 5th grade and frequently watch and take out my 5 year old nephew for fun activities. I grew up with dogs and get along with them well. I’m patient, kind, and easy going. I’d gladly uphold any parenting guidelines or dietary guidance/restrictions that are preferred. I’m also happy to cook simple/healthy meals. Happy to help with homework when necessary.
