I work as an open heart surgical nurse and it’s the best job I’ve ever had. I love caring for others and that extends to my love for animals. I’ve had dogs my whole life growing up which has lead to a deep love for them. I spent many summers caring for neighbors home, animals, plants, ect. growing up when I would have a break from school. Hi! My name is saydee and I am super excited to meet new families and become a part of your family. I have my associates degree in early childhood development from JCCC. During my schooling I worked at a daycare in the infant room working with infants ages to 6 weeks to a year. I also experienced working in the toddler room which was ages 2-4. After graduating I became a nanny to 4 children, ages 3, 7, 8, and 11. I have worked there for 2 years. My tasks were daily chores such as dishes, laundry, and tidying up. I would make snacks, breakfast and lunch on a daily. My goal while I was a nanny was to bring everyone together to have fun and productive days. I would also encourage reading, practicing grammar, math, and learning letters and new numbers (for the youngest)! I love being creative and bringing new ideas into children's lives. Creating crafts is an excellent way to express creativity, and i've found that it feels rewarding to children. I also love reading and encourage it very heavily, learning how to read, reading to young ones and going to the library! While I was getting my associates degree I did get CPR certified for infants and young children!

Hi my name is Darriane , I am 30 years old with no kids but I have 6 nieces that I take care of occasionally. I love being a babysitter/nanny and have been watching newborns, infants, toddlers, and kids since I was 13 years old. My responsibilities in the past have included driving to/from school, crafts, tutoring, and after school activities or just things to do in the community. I also work as a household assistant and can cook, clean, and run errands as needed. I have been a caretaker for the last 8 years and I am comfortable with caring for all ages. I currently work with special needs adults and I have over 10 years of experience working with special needs children as well. I am CPR/ First- Aid certified. I enjoy caring for others, as I can adapt to different backgrounds and lifestyles very easily. I am very honest, dependable, reliable and good with time management. I am a active person, I don't smoke of any kind and I am very organized. I don't have any pets but I am not against pets as I USED to have a little dog.

I am currently a nanny and do lots of baby sitting in the Kansas City area. I have experience as a full-time nanny for a 1.5 and 3 year old. I also have experience with newborns, babies and toddlers, as well as young kids and teenagers. I’ve taught gymnastics to all elementary school ages and have experience as a middle school/high school youth group leader. I have limited experience with children with autism. However, I have had good outcomes when I do watch them, and have taken to me well. I’m open minded and friendly. I am a child at heart, so I enjoy the activities we do throughout the day, especially getting outside! One of my favorite parts of the job is teaching and seeing the growth and development over time. I also admire the small things we can learn from children as adults. I’m great with animals, so that’s never a problem, and I would love to dog/cat sit. I’m open to help with cleaning, organizing, meal prep, grocery shopping, and driving. My availability has a tendency to be inconsistent due to my other jobs.
