I am a nurse practitioner (current practice owner) who never had children of my own and have always wanted them. I have medical experience beginning at Children’s Hospital in DC on their behavioural psychiatry unit, my nursing internship was a Cambridge hospital on the pediatric behaviour program. After becoming an NP in 2005, I spent several summers as a camp nurse at the Barrie School in Silver Spring, MD. I have also worked with their 4 year olds for aftercare and substituted in the baby room when needed. My other experience includes being the lead NP at JHH on their Meyer 6 unit for 4 years and some time in the Anesthesia department. Working with children has been my most fulfilling work. My extensive care of children in various situations should make any parent feel confident in choosing me as a caregiver.

What I bring to the table: •Nearly 20 years of experience with childcare and household management for preschool-to-high school aged kids and families. I was with my previous family for 14 years and have been with my current family since 2019. •Intuitive and fast thinking- I am able to quickly troubleshoot situations and navigate decisions without handholding. Fixing problems before they become problems. •Almost spotless driving record (one camera ticket in the last few years), plus a squeaky clean criminal record.
