I'm currently in college for Elementary Education, and with my 6 years of experience babysitting, tutoring, and working in a Montessori daycare center, I know that childcare is where I am meant to be. I am certified in Adult, Child, and Infant CPR and First Aid. I have experience with all ages 4mo-15yrs, and while littles are my favorite, I love spending time with kids of all ages! I am happy to help care for pets, from cats to dogs to hamsters or fish, and adore cooking/meal prep. My name is Lisa and I'm approaching my senior year at UMD. I study biochemistry and potentially want to work in the chemistry and/or neuroscience field. When I was in high school, I worked at Color Me Mine and I had to run many children's birthday parties there. I'd like more experience in babysitting and working with kids because it would open my perspective about working with different age groups related to my future career. I've had cats and dogs throughout my life so I'm comfortable with pets. I've gotten into baking and I know how to make basic meals.
