My name is Brittany; I have been working with children/youth for over 10 years. Recently moved from NYC to Charlotte! My experience comes from being a former camp counselor with the Fresh Air Fund, St. Mary's Recreation Center, Variety Boys & Girls Club of Queens; part-time/occasional babysitting; being a Youth Empowerment Coach—I supported youth ages 14-26 on their journey to success and thriving in life. I also have experience working in the Child Welfare system. I’m passionate about ensuring the safety and well-being of children; and supporting them through their development. When it comes to childcare, I love engaging with children in activities of their interest and watching their personalities shine! In 2018, I graduated with my BA in Psychology from Medgar Evers College and have taken courses in early childhood and adolescence development.
