Hi. I’m a mother to a 19 year old college sophomore. I recently retired from teaching after 28 years. I’m looking for new opportunities. Some of my strengths include punctuality, flexibility, nurturing, caring for others, and general overall neatness and organization.

I’m a healthy, mature, caring, patient and dependable adult. I’m also a grandmother. I have a master’s degree in Education and I have taught grades 6-8 for 9 years. I love children of all ages. I’m easy to work with, proactive, considerate, and respectful. I drive, I speak Spanish, French, and Italian, and I can help with school work. I’m also a great cook! I work in Camden NJ weekdays from 7am to 3:45pm. I’m available from 4pm to 10pm Monday through Friday and I’m free daytimes or the occasional evening on the weekends. I can help with meal preparation, household chores, transport of children from school or to activities, pet care, and errands as needed.

During the pandemic I was a full time care giver for my elderly mother and discontinued all my teaching and creative projects. I recently moved back to Philadelphia, my home of 30+ years and I am looking for part-time work as I start up my free lance work again. I am 62, married with no children of my own.
