Hi! My name is Loly. I offer childcare and pet care services. I enjoy working with children and have experience caring for toddlers and older kids. My responsibilities have included playing with them, doing crafts, bedtime routine. I am also comfortable taking care of pets. I can help with light household tasks such as organizing clothes, loading the dishwasher, and unloading it. I'm responsible, patient, respectful, and enjoy creating a safe and positive environment for children.
My name is Olga, and I’m a dedicated and nurturing mother of three amazing teenagers, whom I’ve raised to be respectful, intelligent, kind, and independent. Parenting has been the most rewarding journey of my life, and it has shaped my deep passion for working with children. Through firsthand experience, I’ve developed a strong understanding of children's emotional, social, and educational needs. I am fluent in English, Russian, Spanish, and Hebrew, which gives me the unique ability to communicate and connect with children and families from many different cultural backgrounds. I strongly believe that every child is unique and has incredible potential. I take great joy in helping children discover their strengths and talents, whether it’s through creative activities, academic support, or simply spending quality time together. I am an outgoing, energetic person who loves to plan fun and meaningful activities for kids. I enjoy taking children on nature hikes, organizing outdoor games, doing arts and crafts, reading stories, and engaging them in cooking and baking. I believe these hands-on experiences not only teach valuable life skills but also build confidence and creativity. Being responsible and dependable is something I take very seriously. As a parent myself, I know how important it is to provide a safe, loving, and structured environment for children. I treat every child in my care as if they were my own—with kindness, patience, and respect. I bring not only my love for children but also my life experience, multilingual skills, and positive energy to everything I do. I am truly passionate about helping children grow into the best version of themselves.
Hello! My name is Rosaria, and I’m currently a student at NYU studying Theater and Social Sciences. I’ve always loved working with kids and creating environments where they feel comfortable, safe, heard, and able to be themselves. I have experience working with children of many different ages through babysitting and as a camp counselor at a music summer camp, where I worked with campers ages 8–16. I led improv games, arts and crafts activities, music-based activities, and helped create a fun and welcoming environment for all campers. Working with children has also always been a part of my life because my mom has been a full-time nanny for over 30 years. Since I was 16, I’ve helped assist her with caring for children and babies of all ages (with permission from families), and through that experience, I learned how important patience, communication, attentiveness, and trust are when caring for kids. I love engaging kids through reading, imaginative play, sketching, LEGO builds, card games, crafts, and making stories feel interactive, creative, and fun. I cook and meal prep for myself often and genuinely love cooking and baking. I’d always be happy to prepare meals/snacks or even make cooking a fun activity with your child when appropriate! I also have experience cat-sitting and caring for pets, so I’m very comfortable in homes with animals as well.
“Rosaria has watched our children (ages 5 and 8) several times, and we’ve always had a great experience. She’s reliable, communicative, and easy to work with. Our kids immediately connected with her and are always excited when she comes over. She does a great job keeping them engaged, whether they’re playing games, reading, or using their imaginations. We especially appreciate how present and attentive she is with them. It’s clear she genuinely enjoys working with children. We trust her completely and would happily recommend her to other families.”
Hello! I’m Isabella and I am new to the city! I was born and raised in Venice Beach, CA. I moved to New York to be closer to my family who live on the east coast and to live with my best friend who will be attending graduate school at Columbia! I studied Psychology at UC Santa Cruz where I focused on childhood and adolescent development. Throughout college I was a nanny and worked at a local preschool where I was able to conduct my senior research project on emotional regulation in preschool aged children. I formed strong and lasting relationships with the families I worked with and stay in contact to this day. Many families I worked with prioritized Montessori schooling methods, so I am familiar with that style of learning. My first year out of college, I worked as a Teacher’s Aide at a school for special needs children. I worked with children ages 7-14 who had varying IEP’s for things like autism, dyslexia, and ADHD, among others. I was trained in CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) methods to de-escalate high-stress situations. I am a highly patient, playful, and responsible person, and I take pride in working with families and children. In the next couple of years, I would like to go back to school for a Master's in Marriage & Family Therapy, as I am interested in relationship dynamics and communication strategies. In my free time, I love to be active and outside! I’ve played volleyball my whole life, so I am eager to find a rec league in the city so I can play. I also love to travel and am lucky that my family prioritized this growing up, so I’ve been lucky to travel with them! My experience as a nanny has varied depending on each family’s needs, but I am familiar with school pickup/drop-off, snack and meal planning, homework help, bed/bath time, and planning daily activities. I have experience and am comfortable with overnights after getting to know the family and their children, as well as traveling as needed. I look forward to connecting and seeing if we would be a good fit:)
Media Professional Turned Early Childhood Educator | Thoughtful, Creative, and Engaging Caregiver Hi! I’m Hana—a media professional turned early childhood educator with over five years of childcare experience, from preschools to private families and social services. I’ve always been passionate about uplifting children, creating meaningful learning moments, and fostering a sense of curiosity and confidence in every child I work with. After several years at HBO, I decided to shift gears and step into the classroom. My goal? To gain firsthand experience in child development, bringing what I learn into the future of educational media and technology for good. But at my core, I simply love spending time with kids—encouraging their creativity, answering their big questions, and supporting their unique ways of learning and growing. As a sitter, I bring warmth, patience, and a deep respect for child and family.
