If you cancel within 24 hours, I expect to receive 100% of the payment. **Emergencies: I am CPR & first aid certified. In the case of an emergency that I feel I am not equipped to handle (ex: severe allergic reaction, fire, medical emergency, etc..) I follow the following plan: 1. Do what I can to ensure child(rens) safety. 2. Call 911. 3. Call Parents. **Interviews: Initially I prefer phone interviews. If it is a working interview, I charge at my minimum rate of per child.
